Booking Policy

We understand that plans can change, which is why our cancellation & rescheduling policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness.

We offer you the flexibility to reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before your scheduled time.

 

If you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so free of charge at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

*Please note that the ₹500 paid online for Multi Sport Turf is a booking advance and not the final price. The total cost depends on the number of hours booked, and the remaining amount will need to be paid in person at the turf.

*For Football bookings, 5-a-side game is priced at ₹1,500 per hour (₹150 per player per hour), and a 6-a-side game is ₹1,800 per hour (₹150 per player per hour).
