Cancellation Policy
We offer you the flexibility to reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before your scheduled time. If you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so free of charge at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. *Cricket Bookings - Please note that the ₹500 paid online is a booking advance and not the final price. The total cost will depend on the number of hours booked, and the remaining amount will need to be paid in person at the turf. *Football Bookings - Please note that the ₹500 paid online is a booking advance only and not the final price. The total cost will depend on the number of players and the number of hours booked. A 10 player game is priced at ₹1,500 per hour (i.e., ₹150 per player), and a 12 player game is priced at ₹1,800 per hour (i.e., ₹150 per player). The remaining amount, based on your total booking, will need to be paid in person at the turf on the day of your game.
